MOON is a non-profit dedicated to promoting underground music in the Greater Salem area. It opened its new venue Moon Base One in downtown Salem in February 2025.

MOON is organizing its second annual Moon Over Salem, an underground arts & music festival in the heart of downtown Salem, happening September 12 & 13.
