Washer: “Come Back As A Bug”
A slow tempo rallying cry to the entomophile community. Some people like bugs. More people don’t. It’s unclear where Washer stands on the question. But the multi-legged mini monsters serve as a handy metaphor for the transience of being. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, a million insects will have passed into existence, and a million more into non-existence. Really makes you fucking think, doesn’t it? Maybe some would call this “garage rock” because the two-piece Washer is doing so damn much with so damn little. Production that zips like this, though, is more Weezer than Wimple Winch.
