Hyper pop for you and me. Our highlighted track is “maple syrup” by socks. I think there’s a love song buried in there somewhere, along with samples, keys, beats, and modded vocals. But let’s focus on the breakfast condiment aspect of the project. Maple syrup is one of those items that food companies make fake versions of and nobody seems to mind. Except the people who’ve tasted the real deal. Once you’ve become accustomed to all natural, it’s almost impossible to go back to the imitations. Love is like that too, I think. Off the sock drawer.
