Tiger Witch: “Spirit of ‘73”
A pert and perky pop premonition. It’s the “Spirit of ‘73,” off Tiger Witch’s Demo 24. Which is available via tape, so it’s either a great demo or a misnomer. Who knows! It’s being released by MADD Records, which is run by two of the four musicians in Tiger Witch. Shades of Talk Chalk, shades of Pat Benatar. Apparently they just played their first live gig the other day? But with two label guys in the band, they've already got their studio release and visual aesthetic locked down.
